I have a bad habit of saying I get tired of things easily, although I do and I do feel bad about the fact that I do get tired of everything easily. Do u think I do get tired of things easily because I feel that's how I am programmed or because of my mindset?

A. Firstly, you need to stop saying "I get tired easily". Stop telling yourself that!
Jas.3.5 - A word out of your mouth may seem of no account, but it can accomplish nearly anything--or destroy it! It only takes a spark, remember, to set off a forest fire (MSB)
Jas.3.6 - A careless or wrongly placed word out of your mouth can do that. By our speech we can ruin the world, turn harmony to chaos, throw mud on a reputation, send the whole world up in smoke and go up in smoke with it, smoke right from the pit of hell (MSB)
Our words are very potent as regards the things that happen to us as believers and it's really important we are careful of the kinds of things we speak to our lives, even jokingly. It is very important that we choose our words carefully.
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it shall eat its fruit.” – Proverbs 18:21
B. Your mind has been programmed to believe that you 'get tired easily'.
This happened as a result of continuous confession and communication of the words 'I get tired easily'. Please, you have to stop saying these words and even thinking of them.
Concerning Mindsets;
One of the most amazing gifts that God has given us is our mind. The ability to learn, think, choose, and reason is the essence of what makes us human. While the ability to think makes us human, it actually goes deeper. Your thoughts become a reflection of who you really are. God certainly understands this, and he speaks to this in various places all throughout his word.
Luke 6:45 - The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks." (ESV)
Num.13.33 - We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them."
Notice the Israelites Moses sent to explore the land of Canaan were the ones who gave the report of the Nephilims. They called themselves grasshoppers. The Nephilims didn't call them that. 'In our own eyes' connotes the Mindset they had of themselves. They went as far as assuming that the Nephilims saw them that way.
Your mind has the power to control your environment, life and occurrences around yourself.
C. Renew Your Mind by the Word of God
The solution to changing a negative mindset is to begin to renew your mind through regular and consitent studying of scriptures.
Romans 12:2 And let not your behaviour be like that of this world, but be changed and made new in mind, so that by experience you may have knowledge of the good and pleasing and complete purpose of God.
The word renew means to construct, create anew, especially in an improved manner or to restore to freshness or original Condition. This connotes that Renewal is a process and not a hurriedly carried out event. You have to be diligent and intentional in studying scriptures.
D. Examine your current environment and identify things that make you tired.
You should do this when next you get tired. Try to analyze the situation mentally and prayerfully what led to that state.
Be honest with yourself. God didn't create you a weakling or feeble person. You are wonderfully made.
Ps.139.14 - I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
What's making you tired can be physical or spiritual. If it's an activity you may need to pause, please do. So the tiredness won't affect your productivity. If it's spiritual, you need to trust God for strength (spiritual and physical strength). You need to really pray. You can reach out to us so we'll counsel, guide and pray with further. God bless you 💖✨🤗
